What is the Erie Affordable Housing Program?

The program creates homeownership opportunities for working families through income-restricted properties. This isn't subsidized housing—these are quality homes you'll own and build equity in, with built-in protections to keep them affordable for future families too.

The program serves households at or below 120% of Boulder County Area Median Income (AMI):

  • 1 Person: Up to $126,600

  • 2 People: Up to $144,600

  • 3 People: Up to $162,720

  • 4 People: Up to $180,720
